Catford fitness is led by myself, Laura Catford.
I am a mum, wife and Personal Trainer who is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating way.
Bootcamp
Every Friday, I run a bootcamp class at Broadstone Middle School, 6.30-7.30pm. My number 1 aim for every class is to give you a great workout. I want you to leave sweating!
Each class is completely different but you should expect some cardio, core, weights, and both partner and individual exercises. The classes focus on a friendly and non-intimidating atmosphere, so come along and have a go!
What better way to start your weekend?!
Workout programmes
I provide 'off-the-shelf' workout programmes. These can be workouts for the gym, home or a mixture. They are purchased as a 6 week programme.
Online coaching
I offer online coaching. Online coaching is for you if you need accountability, help knowing how much to eat, help knowing what to do in the gym as well as general help and guidance.
One on one Personal Training
In August, I will be taking on new PT clients. If you are interested, send me a message and I will save your details.


FAQs
How much do the bootcamps cost?
£7.50 PAY AS YOU GO per class for 1 adult or buy a block of 5 classes for £35 (use within 7 weeks).
£12.50 PAY AS YOU GO per class for 1 adult + 1 child or buy a block of 5 classes for £60 (use within 7 weeks).
Can I bring my child to bootcamp?
Yes! If your child is aged 10 or over, they are more than welcome to join in with bootcamp. We have lighter weights for them to use to keep them safe.
I think it is really important that children see their parents exercise to know that it is part of a healthy lifestyle!
Do I need to bring anything to the bootcamp?
A bottle of water and lots of energy! Ideally, bring a mat if you have one too.
How much are the workout programmes? Who are they for?
A 6 week programme costs £35. It will be sent to you as a PDF document, via email.
This package is designed for those who frequently exercise, but want input on what exercises they should be doing and when.
The programme can be gym or home based or a mixture of the 2. You will receive up to 3 sessions in this programme. Programmes can be altered up to 3 times.

How much is the online coaching? What does it include?
£85 per month.
This is designed for people who need accountability. Someone to check in with, ask questions, discuss options etc. It is a coaching package.
You will receive calorie and macro guidance, weekly workouts (which can be altered as many times as needed), weekly check ins, video feedback and form analysis, use of an app where everything is recorded and tracked to show progression.
